8.0The apartment is quiet and spatious. Its location is nice and so is the view over the roofs. We asked for a few kitchen utensils which Giovanna provided quickly.
− The apartment looks nicer in the ad and needs some reburbishing. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable, the kitchen and balkony uninviting. Some minor things are broken. Instructions for check-in were confusing.

8.0Very kind host, helped with directions to property. Lovely location, you can get amazing breakfast in near by hotel. Close to vaporeto station, most landmarks are reachable on foot. Would recommend.

8.0Buena ubicación, apartamento muy espacioso y con todo lo necesario.
− Colchon del sofá cama no muy cómodo. Muchas escaleras para acceder al apartamento.
Estancia cómoda y agradable. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas hasta que el vuelo salió.

− Living room area was dark and dusty and the sofa bed did not function. Balcony was tiny, no washing machine and very little equipment for cooking etc. air conditioner only in the kitchen - none in the bedrooms.
