Un buon soggiorno, ma non convinta al 100%
7.0La posizione effettivamente vicina al centro. La pulizia. La dotazione di attrezzature presenti per la cucina che è completa.
− La richiesta di pagare a parte il consumo della corrente. Inaudito, dopo avere pagato un appartamento le utenze devono essere incluse. Tra l'altro costo elevato e a spese MIE anche le spese fj gestione e commissioni applicate dall'operatore che offre il servizio. Non esiste un armadio né un posto per appendere un vestito con le grucce. Gli arredi esclusa la cucina sono vecchiotti.

8.0Appartamento pulito e confortevole. Ottima la posizione, vicina al centro ma in zona residenziale silenziosa, con vista sul mare. A pochi minuti a piedi, un bar molto buono e un minimarket fornito di tutto. Letto comodissimo!!! Non ho fatto un gran uso della cucina, ma è fornita di tutto il necessario. Non ho incontrato personalmente il proprietario, ma Ferruccio è stato gentile ed esaustivo delle spiegazioni via whatsapp su come raggiungere la struttura ed effettuare il check in.
− Il bagno è poco funzionale: scomoda la posiziona del water appiccicato al muro, totale assenza di gancetti a cui appendere gli asciugamani, il box doccia smontato (perlomeno, lo era quando ho soggiornato io). La tapparella della finestra grande un po' inceppata, di notte lascia filtrare molto inquinamento luminoso.
Kompliziertes Parken und unruhige Lage
4.0Schlechte Lage Ancona ist eine Stadt, die auf mehreren Hügeln erbaut wurde. Das Wohnhaus liegt OBEN auf einem Hügel und die Altstadt liegt UNTEN. Man muss rd. 100 Höhenmeter hinunter. Zurück muss man die dann wieder hinauf. Das mag für junge und sportliche Menschen kein Problem sein. Für ältere Personen wie mich war das eine Zumutung. Und mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt? Viel Spaß! Bus? Gibt es! Unten in der Altstadt ...
− Lärm Das Appartement liegt direkt neben dem Hintereingang des Wohnhauses und wenn die Haustür ins Schloss fällt, wackeln die Wände. So ist es in den frühen Abendstunden, wenn die Leute nach Hause kommen, ziemlich unruhig. Hinzu kommt, dass in der Nachbarschaft mehrere kleine Kläffer wohnen, die lange und ausdauernd bellen. Ruhig ist die Lage nun wirklich nicht. Zumindest nicht vor 20 Uhr. Und einer der kleinen Kläffer gibt auch dann noch keine Ruhe. Parkplatz Der Schlüsselkasten befindet sich am Hintereingang des Wohnhauses und das ist auch die Adresse, zu der man mit dem Auto fahren soll: Via Rovereto 22. Wenn man ganz viel Glück hat, findet man dort einen Parkplatz - natürlich im Halteverbot - und kann dann schnell das Gepäck ausladen. Nach dem Ausladen fragte ich dann den Eigentümer per WhatsApp nach dem richtigen Parkplatz. Ich bekam die Adresse einer Tiefgarage: Via Redipuglia 8. Ich brauchte ca. 15 Minuten dorthin - wegen der Einbahnstraßen muss man einen großen Umweg machen und kommt selbstverständlich in den dicksten Verkehr und Stau. Und dann musste ich zu meinem großen Ärger feststellen, dass die Tiefgarage direkt rechts neben den Vordereingang des Hauses liegt! Vordereingang also: Via Redipuglia 8. Hintereingang: Via Rovereto 22. Man muss aber mit dem Auto zuerst zum Hintereingang fahren, denn dort ist der Schlüsselkasten. Ohne Schlüssel keine Tiefgarage! Tiefgarage: Schlüssel 1. Tor an der Straße zum Vordereingang: Schlüssel 2. Vorder-/Hintereingang: Schlüssel 3. Appartementtür: Schlüssel 4. Komplizierter geht es nicht. Wenn Sie nach stundenlanger Anreise übermüdet und kaputt das ohne Nervenzusammenbruch hinkriegen, haben Sie meine Hochachtung! Die Tiefgarage ist übrigens ein finsteres Loch und der Parkplatz ist am hintersten Ende - dort, wo die Leuchtstoffröhren nicht mehr funktionieren. Horrorfilme fangen so an.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Ancona.
10.0I liked that the apartment had a central position and it was easy to go around the city. The apartment was clean and cosy and the host was nice as well. The view form the property was also beautiful as it was from above.
