La cordialidad de los vecinos fue gratificante. Equipamiento disponible y funcionalidad fue adecuada. Ubicación cerca de servicios.

− La reiteración y la forma de los avisos respecto a normas de convivencia que no eran pertinentes al caso. Mostrando rudeza en la comunicación sin existir motivos para eso. Deberían mejorar los muebles, tanto en dormitorios como sala de estar, los cuales parecen no estar aptos para uso. Cobraron un daño por toallas que no ocupe.
