− No sabian que íbamos a llegar. Espere 40 minutos para recibir la llave. La ubicación no es clara en el GPS. Solo nos dieron 5 toallas para 8 personas.

La casa es muy amplia, típica de la ciudad de San Cristobal y está bien ubicada.
− La estancia no fue del todo cómoda por detalles como toallas insuficientes (una para tres personas). Lo peor fue la ropa de cama, varias camas con sólo una sábana, una cobija, almohadas sin funda y colchones sin protectores. Nos tocaron días lluviosos y hubo goteras en la sala, en una recámara y la cocina se inundó. Inexistencia de varios servicios ofrecidos, como lavadora, utensilios de planchado, secador de pelo, videoconsola Xbox y hamaca.
