10.0Beliggenheten er sentral med tanke på togforbindelser til Cinque Terre. Det finnes en dagligvarebutikk i nabobygget. Verten var helt fantastisk. Det er gode muligheter for å tørke klesvask. Nabolaget er rolig.

10.0Apartamento lindo, muito bem cuidado, você sente o carinho com o hóspede em cada detalhe. Tudo muito limpo e arrumado. Perto da estação de trem, mas não se ouve barulho. A anfitriã é muito simpática e prestativa. Amei nossa estadia em La Spezia. Muito obrigada Yanella.

10.0Lo mejor del apartamento fue la atención de Yanela. El piso está situado muy cerca de la estación de trenes de La Spezia, perfecto para visitar los pueblos de Cinque Terre y otros cercanos. En cuanto a las características del piso las camas son muy cómodas, tiene aire acondicionado y cocina totalmente equipada. Además, hay un supermercado justo al lado, lo que hace que sea aún más cómoda la experiencia.
− Una de las habitaciones no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque Yanela nos dejó un ventilador en esa habitación.
