9.0Very much appreciated having a separate entrance. Because I had booked the suite on Booking.com I was receiving my messages through them. I had checked messages before leaving home on desktop computer that morning but the message to gain entry to the property wasn't there. Fortunately, when we arrived the owner was available so it was not an issue. Some of us still live without a phone attached to our hands.
− The friend I had travelled with would have appreciated some type of non-slippage mat for the tub for showering. Seniors need that security and I am sure others would appreciate the availability if needed.

5.0It was clean and easy to access
− It was quite noisy. The first night the hosts sounded like they were using a blender at 10 pm and there was either a TV or talking that we could hear until after 11. They also had what sounded like maybe a Rumba or something scheduled to go off upstairs at 7 am, which woke us up both mornings. The sounds from upstairs were quite loud downstairs.

8.0Spacious, new, clean place. Lots of privacy, despite being in a basement, it felt cozy and quiet.
