DECEPCIONANTE. NO RECOMENDABLE
1.0El alojamiento estaba reformado y limpio.
− Decepcionante. Cuando llegamos al hostal que tenía buena puntuación en booking, descubrimos que estaba situado en un barrio muy muy humilde, en un portal casi destruido y dentro de un bloque con MUY MAL ASPECTO Y DETERIORADO. Además la puerta del hostal se veía arañada como si hubieran intentado forzarla alguna vez. El hostal estaba limpio pero el sitio donde estaba era todo lo contrario. Teníamos reservado 20 noches y solo pasamos UNA NOCHE porque nos dio miedo quedarnos allí. Además un vecino de la zona nos siguió hasta el hostal y nos generó mucha ansiedad y desasosiego, que nos fuimos al día siguiente de allí. Ojalá esta situación nunca le pase a alguien de sus familias, hijas, amigas, etc. Tras reclamar a booking y al hostal, nos negaron el reembolso, incluso parcial sin ponerse en el lugar del cliente, alegando que el hostal estaba bien y eso era una causa externa. No consideramos que sea algo externo puesto que el hostal decidieron ponerlo dentro de ese bloque y en esa zona. Booking nos llegó a colgar el teléfono dos veces sin darnos una solución. Una situación humillante. Lamentable, que dejen publicar reservas en zonas precarias sin tener filtros o por lo menos comunicarlo en el anuncio. Leer bien los comentarios antes de reservar en este sitio. Por nuestra parte tanto booking como el hostal se llevará una reclamación oficial a través de consumo.

− Barrio conflictivo que parece que te van a robar. Check in por telefono. Es un piso con habitaciones, no es un hostal.

− Hogy nem lehetett a bőröndöt ott hagyni az utolsó nap . Pedig bőven volt üres szoba, elfént volna. Az ablakon bejövő benzinszag.
