L'emplacement parfait. L'accessibilité est très facile.

− Les fourmis dans la cuisine qui reviennent sans arrêt... La TV ne fonctionne pas, même si on peut faire sans. L'eau chaude ne dure pas longtemps du tout.

Excellent emplacement au cœur du "Plateau" Le rooftop et sa vue sur l'ensemble de la ville

− Attention l'annonce de location du studio annonce un balcon privé alors qu'il n'y a accès qu'au rooftop. Ce dernier est partagé.

Excellente situation au centre animé de PRAIA Propreté de l'appartement Belle terrasse panoramique

− Photo ne correspond pas à l'appartement choisi(pas de salon) Wifi ne fonctionne pas TV décorative mais ne fonctionne pas Gestionnaire impossible à joindre Restitution des clefs incohérente (je dois les laisser sur la table au 4eme étage alors que l'une d'entre elles est nécessaire pour ouvrir la porte d'entrée au RC ) Vaisselle rangée très haut dans le placard
