Would I stay here again no. Lack of maintenance.

The pool was great, nice big house which was good as there were 11 of us staying. Very quiet neighbourhood.

− Beds were very uncomfortable extremely lumpy. Aircons smelt when first turned on. Lack of toilet paper. Bidet in one of the toilets didn't work. Were given 3 rubbish bags for 6 days and there were 11 of us staying, totally not enough. All 4 simmer stats on cooktop weren't working, couldn't cook on low was very annoying. Mattress protectors were disgustingly yellow. Were never told until we arrived at the accommodation that we had to pay 8,000baht as a security deposit and because they only accept cash had to go to ATM to get the 38,000baht we owed for the accommodation plus the 8,000baht. We knew we had to pay for power, but what I didn't like was host came in with a photo on her phone of the meter reading, would have liked to of been shown the meter so we could have seen the figures ourselves, who knows if we paid too much. No plug for the kitchen sink and lack of hot water to wash the dishes. A very ordinary place to stay. Communication was hard as host spoke no English.

− Хозяин оказался не добросовестный, собирались приехать компанией друзей, после бронирования на Booking хозяин начал требовать предоплату 20% (хотя этого нет в объявление), договорились что отдам на месте налом, в день приезда хозяин сообщает что дом уже сдан, хотя у меня бронь в Booking активная. После сообщил что я не выполнил требования. Вот так мы компание остались в патаи без жилья

− I don’t like that they force us to paid for electricity bills 7bath / unit and the house isn’t cheap for collecting more electricity bills

Airco in every room. Very clean. Change of sheets and towels every few days. Helpful staff that sorts out any issues quickly. Large, comfy beds. Large, well furnished rooms. Clean pool and plenty of sunbeds and couches for chilling.

− Not close to walking street - about 15-20 minutes by taxi! Luckily taxis are cheap and plentyfull in Pattaya... Electricity not included and can be quite expensive because of the airco and instant water heaters. We paid around 200 euro per week.
