10.0הדירה מרווחת, נעימה ומאובזרת ובקומה גבוהה. היתה מעולה עבור הצורך שלנו - לילה אחד בקרבת שדה התעופה (25 דקות). נוף אורבני של שכונת שינה של פועלים. בקומת הקרקע חנות נוחה.
− היה מעט קושי להבין את מיקום הדירה בשכונה ואיך להיכנס אליה, אבל בעל הדירה היה זמין ורספונסיבי להסברים. לא פגשנו את בעל הדירה (אני לא מציין את זה לרעה אלא כעובדה)
A very nice house with 3 double rooms.
10.0The house and everything are new and clean. Neighborhood is quiet, and there is free parking. Lukas is very kind. He provide detail information for check in.

7.0We liked the size of the apartments and found it to be very accesible.
− We did not see the AC units (unless we somehow missed it?!). The apartment was like a sauna being on the 8th floor. Hopefully it will be installed or if it already exists then maybe its location should be noted in the email.
1. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00 at the latest. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay in cleaning will be liable for any resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make reservations within their home. Please contact us if you want to book in your own home.
3. Smoking, parties and excessive volume are not allowed, even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. halls). Violations of the nonsmoking policy will incur a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

5. Guests whose number exceeds that indicated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 50€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
