Amazing views, great for sunrise. The heated pool was a hit with everyone. The lift was a fantastic feature to have.

We loved the open style living areas and roomy bedrooms with own living rooms and decks that catered all 14 of us! There was plenty of room for everyone all of the time. The pool was great entertainment after a day out. The kitchen was extremly well stocked for catering for such a large crowds. The deck was a fabulous entertainment area with the expansive views. We loved the beaches - great for toddlers and older kids for surfing, the headland walks and cruising around the bay on Imagine dolphin cruise. The house was perfect and made our birthday celebrations all the more special. Thank you!

− That the internet did not work at all. We could log on but it didnt work which was unfortunate.

The pool and the views from the balcony were absolutely amazing — we couldn’t get enough of them! We had such a great time cooking together, with plenty of utensils, comfy furniture, and even a few games to keep the fun going. It all made the stay even more enjoyable and memorable!

− The property shares a common wall with the neighboring house, and sound tends to carry through quite easily. As a result, we had to be very mindful of the noise, which slightly impacted our overall enjoyment. Additionally, the kitchen tap has a very strong water flow. When turned on fully, it causes splashing, leaving the sink area and surrounding surfaces wet. We noticed that the coffee sachets provided had expired in 2021. Unfortunately, we used them on the first day without realizing this. On the second day, one of us noticed visible mold inside the sachets upon opening, which was quite concerning from a health and hygiene perspective. We immediately discarded them and took a few photos as evidence.

Our stay away from home was thoroughly enjoyed.

On entry to the property it delighted us. The openness and modern look attracted us. It met what we where looking for in a holiday home. Enough space to fit all of us. The view was amazing! We felt at home.

− The lift was great but unfortunately we had a blackout and it didn't have a generator that kicked in. We where lucky that the person that was in it just got out seconds before it lost power. We had elderly parents with us and thought that hand rails near the pool area and to enter the pool would be safer. The bathroom on the middle level needed better ventilation and the shower leaked. The bottom bathroom needed a hand towel rail and extra rail for towel as well as better ventilation. The bathroom upstairs closest to the kitchen shower needed a better screen. The maintenance on the property was not up to date. In particular the outdoor.

Locations to POI, heated pool, clean, comfy beds. Elevator is a nice touch for the disabled or walking impaired. Excellent communication with property management.

− Minor issues with two bathroom doors either jammed or have no lock on the 1st and ground floor, shower area leaks water to the bathroom floor area on the 1st floor, one of the tv controllers do not work properly or either broken, wi-fi on the 1st and ground floor appear to be slow.
