Pools are large and heated. Good location.

− Property is dated. Master bathroom needs immediate upgrade. The lady checking pool passes is very rude. Owner contacted me to say a technician was coming the next day to work on the washer. Asked if he could reschedule work to the day after when we were leaving at 6am. Did not respond.

Kommen wieder, super Lage & ruhig gelegen trotz Nähe zu allem! Sauberkeit.

Super Lage, gleich um die Ecke der Hauptstrasse mit allen Geschäften, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotzdem sehr ruhig ohne Autolärm. In einer angenehmen ruhigen Siedlung. Parkmöglichkeit gleich vor dem Apartment toll. Toller Kühlschrank und offene Küche. Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Falls gewünscht gute Klimaanlage.

− Waschmaschiene/ Tumbler Kombo nicht so ideal. Mehr Strandtücher/ Stühle. TV haben wir nicht verstanden.

Condo was Spacious 2 large bedrooms, master bedroom has large walk-in closet very comfortable for the 4 of us. Very affordable. Condo complex had all the amenities for families, 2 swimming pools tennis and pickle ball courts etc. Short drive to Cortez beach and Anna Maria Island.

It was bright and spacious and very clean. It was well kitted out with kitchen equipment and cooking facilities.

− Maybe supply some larger towels. Needs a better showerhead in the main bathroom.
