Apartamento limpo sem cheiro de mofo

− Do estacionamento muito apertado poucos lugares sai um dia de carro fiquei três dias na rua por ser 11 andares muitas poucas vagas no estacionamento

A localização é ótima. Bem proximo da praia e do shopping.

− Nao deveria ser descrito como disponível garagem. As vagas sao limitadas o porteiro tem que manobrar seu carro deixando ele a centímetros da parede de todos os lados. Tive que deixar o carro parado e andar a pé, tamanha dificuldade. As tvs nao sao smarttv.
