6.0Cozy and clean. Good location. Owner responsive when reporting tv remote was missing.
− Owner was not responsive upon noting refrigerator and freezer weren’t working properly and the shower diverter broke. We lost $50 in food.

It was cute but location just felt unsafe, it needed more storage for personal items and clothing, and some of the decor
6.0It’s uniqueness
− It was 1 block away from a men’s halfway house, we were 2 single ladies renting this facility, felt uncomfortable since the window shades did not fit the windows so you can see in the windows! There was no dresser space or closet space in the 2nd bedroom, I had to keep all my clothes on the floor in my bag along with all my other personal items!
