3.0Die Lage und der Ausblick auf die Maas war sehr schön und Größe der Wohnung gut.
− Die Wohnung war nicht sauer und frisch geputzt. Die Griffe in der Küche klebrig, der Mülleimer nicht geleert, die Ausstattung der Toilette, das Bad und die Küche sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und unangenehm zu nutzen. In einem der Schlafzimmer läuft dauerhaft eine Abluftanlage. Das Geräusch ist so laut, dass man dort nicht schlafen konnte. Der Geruch im Bad war unangenehm. Wir haben uns geekelt, in dieser Küche etwas zum Essen zuzubereiten. Im Wohnzimmer ist eine Kamera installiert.
