− Parking is an issue, you need to get keys from other location. Check in process is quite complex.
Ruhig, mit schönem Blick. Kommunikation schwierig.
7.0Positiv: Ruhige Lage, gute Betten, gute Wasch- und Spülmaschine, sehr sauber.
− Den - einzigen! - Schlüssel mussten wir an einem anderen Ort aus einer Box holen. Es gibt keinen persönlichen Kontakt oder Empfang. Bestenfalls gibt es einen Videocall. Wenn man kein WhatsApp nutzt, ist die Kommunikation schwierig. Das ist insbesondere dann ein Problem, wenn der Strom ausfällt. Zum Glück war die Nachbarin noch wach, deren Mann uns den zweiten Sicherungskasten am Hauseingang zeigen konnte. Von der Hausverwaltung dagegen keine Reaktion, weder auf booking-Anfrage noch Anruf. Die Klimaanlage hat ihre Tücken. Wenn man die Sicherung aus- und wieder anschaltet, funktioniert sie dann aber in der Regel. Schneidebrett, Messbecher, Schneebesen und scharfe, kleine Küchenmesser mussten wir kaufen. Das haben wir auch mitgeteilt, aber darauf ging man nicht ein. Vor dem Aufenthalt muss man seine Passdaten über einen Link übermitteln, dabei hatten wir kein gutes Gefühl. Bis zum Strand ist es ein gutes Stück Weg, wenn man die Treppen zum Flüsschen nimmt und nicht die Straße, ist der Weg auch schön. Man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein, das gilt im Übrigen für ganz Camogli. Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre gut, falls man sich aussperrt und niemanden erreicht oder auch nur, um mal unabhängig voneinander etwas unternehmen zu können.

9.0Amazing and spacious flat 10-15 minutes away from the city center and the beach. Everything was clean and the flat had all the necessary appliances. The flat is very new and the view is beautiful.
