Apto muito bem cuidado e em uma das melhores localizações da cidade. Vai precisar do carro só para conhecer os pontos turísticos mais distantes. Além da praia (que fica a 1 quarteirão de distância), em menos de 1 km são dezenas de opções de restaurantes, lanchonetes, padarias supermercados, etc. Prédio grande e com boa estrutura
