Spacious and great location next to the train station. Broken boiler meant it was uncomfortably hot in the house all the
5.0Spacious, 4 bedroom house which easily accommodated the three of us.
− There was a problem with the boiler so the heating was permanently on. Luckily we spent most of our stay out and about, but if we had booked to spend the time chilling out in the living room this wouldn’t have been possible as the room was uncomfortably hot all the time. Sleeping overnight was also uncomfortably hot and only opening the windows (in February) eased this.

7.0Exceptionally clean and just minutes from Frizinghall train station - super easy to get to Leeds/Bradford or nearby locations. Really quiet street and homely accommodation. We used public transport but looks to be ample street parking. House is really spacious, more so than you can tell from pictures. Kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. The house seemed really light. We did have an issue on the first day with checking in (due to an error) however felt once we'd made contact with the host they went out of their way to rectify this and were always very polite and friendly to resolve anything. Kettles with tea and coffee in all bedrooms was a nice touch.
− Not a criticism of the property but worth noting two sets of stairs are fairly steep (there is a bannister). Additional curtains would be nice as well as blinds for the summer when lighter, although this didn't affect sleep. The icons on the cooker dials have rubbed off so would be nice to have had an easy to reach guide by the stove to explain what they should be - I'm sure had I reached out to the host during the stay this would have been explained.

− Only one toilet could have been a problem if the house had been full. A few touches like a bigger coffee pot and occasional tables in the sitting room would be good
