1.0− This property has sold and is no longer available, however, somehow I still managed to book it for the weekend, and it wasn't until I arrived in Townsville that I found out it was unavailable, and I needed to book new accommodation, which was much more expensive and extremely stressful. I'm still following up with booking.com a week later for the refund I was promised.

1.0Absolutely nothing!!!!!!@ The accommodation does not exist. It is owned by people who purchased the apartment some time ago and they have not listed it as accommodation.
− This apartment does not exist as a rental. It is advertised under false pretenses. Booking.com MUST remove it from their postings and I want a full refund of the money I paid as well as compensation for the extra cost I had to incur to find another motel suitable on very short notice.

− The fact that the owner still takes bookings and your money, this place apparently has not been taking bookings since April and was sold a month ago. I was told the day I wanted to check in. Disgusting, fraud on behalf the owner and or booking.com DO NOT BOOK THIS! Neither party want to owe up to their mistake, all I want is a refund! Shame on you Booking.com
