10.0O lugar é lindo e aconchegante! Localização muito boa!
− O proprietário contratado uma empresa para gerenciar o apto. A empresa me prestou uma assistência muito ruim! No primeiro dia que chegamos lá a chave do quarto quebrou. Até aí tudo bem, pois isso pode acontecer em qualquer lugar. Daí entrei em contato com a empresa para solucionar o problema e foram super grosseiros. Quem me atendeu (não sei se homem ou mulher, pois falei no WhatsApp) foi extremamente mal educado (a) e grosso (a). Além disso, solicitei um berço que não estava no quarto. Quando questionei sobre o berço, a resposta que tive foi... "está aí, é só pegar". Isso foi um absurdo! Como assim eu que tenho que pegar? Não me informaram nada a respeito, muito menos que eu teria de fazer isso, e nem sabia onde pegar. Por fim, chegou um dos proprietários de apartamentos lá (me parece que essa mesma empresa o contatou para ir lá resolver) e ele foi super gentil e nos ajudou bastante! O lugar é lindo e muito aconchegante, mas a experiência com essa empresa contratada pelo proprietário foi terrível!

8.0A localização fica próximo ao centro. O quarto com piscina privativa é muito bom. É bem completo a acomodação.
− Utensílios da cozinha falta uma cuscuzeira, é bom também fazer dedetização pois é próximo de uns matos aí aparece muitos insetos como muriçoca, arranha e mosquitos, sobre a água também tem um leve odor de água como se estivesse precisando de manutenção.
