6.0− Nous sommes arrivés sur place à 15h30,(heure annoncée sur WhatsApp à Casa Balzone) nous avons attendu devant la porte car nous n’avons reçu aucune info que nous devions nous rendre à la pâtisserie. Nous avons essayé de les appeler plusieurs fois et envoyer un message pour savoir ce que nous devions faire et aucune réponse…. Après env 45 minutes nous sommes allés voir dans cette pâtisserie où nous nous serions rendus plus vite si on avait sû que c’était là que nous devions aller pour récupérer les clés … (Compliqué car personnel ne parlant pas un mot de français)

9.0Suite molto ampia, arredata con gusto riprendendo lo stile del palazzo. Posizione centralissima, nel budello di Alassio, ma camera silenziosa grazie agli infissi nuovi. Spiaggia a un minuto a piedi! Colazione spettacolare nella storica pasticceria Balzola, i loro "baci di Alassio" sono ineguagliabili. Proprietari e tutti i loro collaboratori estremamente gentili e molto attenti al cliente. Complimenti, è stato davvero un piacevole weekend!
− Se proprio devo indicare qualcosa, visto il livello della struttura, il frigobar in camera potrebbe essere un po' più fornito. Presenti solo due bottigliette d'acqua.
