− House dirty. No mattress protectors or pillow protectors. Hairs on bed. Nail clippings under beds. Radiator hanging off wall. Just problem after problem
By no means immaculate but that meant we could relax so fine for us

Was a great stay with the family but a few things to be improved
6.0Was cozy and homey. Easy to access the property. Great location good access to local shops
− Couldn’t stay in the Annex - the smell was too bad. That took out a whole room that two people could have stayed in. Would have been nice to have more of basic amenities eg tissue, bins in rooms, bin bags Sheets were quite thin with no mattress protector House could be a bit cleaner- lots of cobwebs and dust in certain places
Filthy House in Wales
2.0The house and garden were lovely.
− It was filthy. I had to empty the Dyson 5 times. There weren't enough towels and we were accused of having more guests than we had. We found rubbish everywhere and my 5 year old granddaughter was found playing with dental floss! The bins were full with bottles piled up outside. There were no mattress or pillow protectors and there weren't any fire extinguishers or fire blanket. The carbon monoxide detector was on the ceiling and since carbon monoxide is heavier than air we would be dead before that went off. When we complained they were very unhelpful.

9.0Location was excellent really close to a co-op and the Main Street 8 bedrooms 4 en suite Family bathroom Toilet downstairs Garden Children’s play room
− The larger baking trays didn’t fit the oven Cutlery and glasses kept in the dining room
