− Manca qualxhe armadio, appendiabiti e stendino. Bagno molto bello ma poco funzionale.

7.0Posizione ottima fronte mare con servizi per turisti vicinissimi. Il bagno nuovo con doccia enorme.
− Non c'è lo stendino (per una casa al mare è indispensabile). Qualche mensola in un bagno, peraltro bellissimo. Qualche attaccapanni. Con il divano letto aperto la cucina è quasi inutilizzabile (a patto di chiuderlo sempre)

10.0Appartamento nuovissimo, pulito e accogliente. Dotato di ogni confort e servizi (compresa aria condizionata). Posizione ottima, fronte mare e facilità nel raggiungere i posti vicini (compresa la via verde ciclabile). Parcheggio comodissimo. Tornerei sicuramente!

6.0la posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, fronte mare con accesso a spiaggia pubblica e privata in prossimità locali dove mangiare. inoltre a circa 800 mt noleggio biciclette
− come segnalato alla proprietà l'appartamento presenta gravi irregolarità che dovevano essere segnalate: carta da parati rincollata maldestramente, cassettone della serranda della camera divelto, struttura della porta d'ingresso non intonacato. inoltre nella cucina mancano canovacci. il rapporto qualità prezzo in mancanza di aggiustamenti lo trovo effettivamente molto alto nonostante la posizione.
