− Staff and facilities Have to wait outside the hotel no receptionists and try to call the manager nobody answer the phone.. people are waiting to check in outside the hotel, then found out that the room are doubled booking. What a nightmare! Have to wait for an hour to get the room ready.. no swipe card so you have to leave the door open cannot lock the door. Common toilet and it’s filthy. What a horrible experience… Sorry cannot recommend this hotel at all!

− The accommodation was atrocious as they did not have our booking sorted albeit I have the confirmation email. I will be taking this matter further for a full reimbursement immediately.
