Séjour correct, malgré plusieurs points qui mériteraient d’être améliorés.
7.0L’appartement correspond globalement aux photos, belle décoration, lit confortable. les propriétaires ont été aimables et la communication s’est bien passée.
− Notre expérience a été mitigée. Plusieurs points mériteraient d’être améliorés : la propreté pourrait être plus soignée, notamment la terrasse, qui était peu accueillante, salon de jardin (on aurait préféré une table) et sol, sale. La table pour les repas est très petite et installée dans la cuisine, alors qu’une table dans le séjour à la place du bureau par exemple serait beaucoup plus adaptée, surtout pour un logement pour quatre personnes. L’éclairage de la chambre est insuffisant pour une pièce aussi sombre, il est impossible de lire le soir, un simple abat-jour serait appréciable, L’emplacement ne nous a pas particulièrement séduits, avec une route passante à proximité et peu de possibilités de promenade à pied depuis le logement. Enfin, les vélos électriques étaient annoncés dans l’annonce et même dans le message d’accueil, mais ils n’étaient finalement plus disponibles. C’est dommage, car c’était un critère important pour nous. Malgré cela,

9.0Schönes Apartment mit große Terrasse in der Nähe des Regensburg, perfekt für Ausflug in der Stadt und Umgebung. Alles vorhanden für kurzen oder längeren Zeit. Parkplatz vorhanden und einfache Check in/out. Der Inhaber hat die Fragen schnell beantwortet.
− Für uns zu weiche Matratze, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache.
