− Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The door-entry codes did not work properly, which caused a serious issue when we were locked out of the property. The host was unavailable at the time and did not provide the support needed to resolve the situation promptly. The sofa bed had no appropriate bedding provided. The cleanliness and maintenance were also unacceptable: there was blood on one of the pillows, and the shower handle was loose before eventually falling off. Despite this clearly being a maintenance issue, the host attempted to blame us for the damage, which was completely unfair as we did not cause it. Overall, the property was poorly prepared, inadequately maintained, and the level of host support was unacceptable. I would not recommend this accommodation based on our experience.

10.0Las instalaciones muy hermosas, la piscina con una hermosa vista. La fácil entrada y lo limpio adentro del apartamento. Bastante grande y con muchos muebles y utensilios súper útiles.
− Teníamos problemas en lograr que la ducha funcionaria , además una noche al entrar al apartamento, nos salieron unas cucarachas muy grandes en el pasillo y una voló lo cual fue un pánico
