3.0About 10 minutes on a dirt road from the main road, the location is composed of small bungalows and a picnic area arranged next to a beautiful waterfall
− During the day anyone may use the picnic facilities for a small fee; mostly local families come to enjoy the day with a barbecue, and the place gets rather crowded. What is much worse, though, is the loud music they play in gheto blasters, mostly country music of the worst quality.

Qualquer coisa menos hotel. Quem quer o silêncio da natureza deve repensar o roteiro.

− Tudo o mais deixou absolutamente a desejar. Um lugar que se dispõe a ser um hotel deveria garantir o mínimo. A hospedagem fica distante (2h da cidade mais perto com acesso por uma estrada de terra) e não oferece de forma adequada o apoio para quem chega. No chalé não havia nenhum utensílio de quarto, sequer toalha de rosto. Nao tinha água para beber. Quem não leva, infelizmente bebe água de torneira. Não há serviço para limpeza do espaço e falta manutenção básica em chuveiros e na parte elétrica. A hospedagem está longe de ser um hotel. O Café da manhã é pouco variado, não é possivel repetir nenhum item. Com um espaço dedicado a receber outros visitantes, por conta da cachoeira, o que mais escutamos nesse lugar foi o som ensurdecedor de caixas de som de outros turistas. Terrível. Quem vem para esse tipo de lugar deseja silêncio e aqui não há qualquer zelo com essa questão durante o dia. Infelizmente. O prato que pedimos de almoço de carne de sol estava repleto de gordura. Detalhe: conversamos com a responsável durante a estadia sobre alguns desses itens e nada foi feito. Lamentável.
