Great view, great location, great time!
10.0The location is perfection. You can walk to anything in downtown: food, bars, tattoo shop (our reason for being back in TN)
− No parking right at entrance but multiple walking distance lots. Had we been traveling with someone that couldn't do that, it would have been a not so great surprise so hopefully it's made a bit clearer with reviews and added more clearly in the posting.

− Condo is located in bar area. Was very crowded Halloween night. Parking is limited .
