1.0− Todella epäsiistiä, likaa ja roskaa lattioilla. Yksi seurueesta sai ekan yön jälkeen pahoja oireita, esim. silmät muurautuneet umpeen. Viesteihin ei vastattu, vasta soittoon. Ei luvattu hyvittää koko seuraavan kahden yön maksua, vain yhden. Siispä jäimme pitkin hampain. Jääkaappi pakasti ruoat ekan yön jälkeen. Yhdessä huoneessa järkyttävä hajusteen haju. Keittiö ahdas liian ison pöydän takia. Kirkonkellot soivat lähistöllä usein ja kovaa.
Hyvä asunnon osalta
9.0Kivasti oli huoneet erillisiä, ja kaikissa oma rauhassa! Plussaa, että oli myös kaksi wc:tä. Keittiö sopivan kokoinen, ja tuolit oli kaikille asukkaille, se on tärkeä asia, kun lasten kanssa matkustaa. Sovitaan yhtä aikaa ruokailemaan.
− Meitä oli 6 henkilöä. Luultavasti wc-peperi kuitenkin kuuluu majoittajan vastuulle. Siellä oli yhteensä n. 3,5 rullaa wc-paperia, / 4vrk ja meitä oli neljä naispuolista, joilla tarvetta enempi kuin pojilla. Käytettiin omat junamatkaa varten otetut wc-paperit, (hätävaraksi eväiden syönnissä). Mukeja, laseja ja ruokailuvälineitä oli vain yksi setti, niin, ei voitu käyttää tiskikonetta, koska kone ei olisi tullut täyteen, eikä myöskään olisi ehtinyt pestä edellisiä. Tämä ei ole moitteeksi, vain ohjeeksi, koska muuten tykkäsimme kaikesta siellä! Roskien jajitteluun oli ohjeet kyllä, mutta lajitteluille ei olut "astioita", joihin olisi voinut kerätä roskat. Ulkona roska-astiat erikoisen likaisia, ja epäsiistejä. Asunnon osalta kaikki muuten hyvin!

7.0Sijainti loistava. kuvaus, luokitus ja kuvat vastaavat majoituspaikkaa. Huoneet tilavia, mukavat sängyt.
− Ilmoitimme puhelimitse tulopäivänä yhdessä huoneessa rikki olevasta rullaverhosta. Sitä ei käyty korjaamassa 4 vrk majoittumisen aikana.

7.0Sijainti oli todella hyvä.
− Kaikki tarpeellinen oli, mutta huoneisto ei ollut kovin viihtyisä (sitä ei työreissulla kaivannut, mutta lomamatkalla kylläkin). Astiat astianpesukoneessa paikalle saavuttaessa ja nojatuoli oli rikki.

7.0Ease of checking in, clean, spacious and superb location. The lights outside around the university area is lovely especially in winter. Quiet and peaceful. Privacy! Walking around the area with kids was beautiful.
− For the price we have paid it was a little disappointing when basic essentials are missing: clothes hangers, washing machine detergent, coffee, sugar, shampoo. Also, the TV is just with basic limited channels (can be super boring for families with kids). Property owner may consider to level up by adding dvd player so at least families can bring along their own dvds. Freezer was not on so we could not keep some frozen food we purchased from nearby store.
