9.0Alloggio molto bello con spazi ben gestiti e completo di tutto quello che serve per mandare avanti un'appartamento . Ottima pulizia generale e posizione veramente molto buona , ideale per andare nei bagni minerva o bagni perla che sono a 200/250 metri di distanza . Due pizzerie , un market e un giornalaio vicini a qualche decina di metri .
− Tavoletta del water rotta da una parte. Mancata possibilità di avere almeno due paia di chiavi .

Soggiorno piacevole, nostante un paio di ospiti al piano superiore molto rumorosi e poco rispettosi
8.0Nonostante le dimensioni ridotte (miniappartamento), l'alloggio è abbastanza confortevole e le dotazioni sono ben curate. I gestori sono stati cortesi e disponibili (anche per orari di check-in e check-out).
− Mancanza di parcheggio: qualche posto è presente solo al di là di una strada e un viale alberato che rendono poco accessibile l'entrata della struttura per scaricamento e caricamento bagagli. Mancanza di una lavatrice.
