Fabulous location of lovely old villas, under new management.

Excellent location right behind the lovely beach, 5 minutes walk from several really good restaurants. The manager, Alice, and Chabby were both very friendly and extremely helpful, bringing us fresh fruit and allowing us a late checkout last minute. When we had a small problem, they immediately sent someone out to fix it. The main pool and our little plunge pool were both great and the villa was very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The main hotel is a very impressive building and villa guests can use the pool or order breakfast or dinner if they want to.

− These villas were under different management until recently and were not looked after very well so there are some repairs and restoration to be done, for example door handles are loose in places and there are some cracks visible. The family who own them have now taken back the running and are brilliant so I'm sure they will be restored to their former glory very soon.

The location of the property is excellent! The small pool with the property was excellent for the kids.

− There is no aircon downstairs and one aircon unit wasnt working in the bedroom when we arrived. The management let us use another Villa whilst this was fixed which took a total of 4 days as it was over the weekend. This caused disruption to our stay. Worth noting the property was advertised as 3 bedrooms with a sofa bed. There is no sofa bed and the 3rd room is tiny with a small double bed. The property could do with an upgrade, curtains that fit the windows etc.

The property was well located and 50 Metres from Beau Vallon Beach. Was well equipped in terms of kitchen utensils and cutlery,crockery and glassware. The close proximity to 2 hotels in the area and also a short drive or walk to the nearest Supermarkets. There was a security guard visible during the day. We had a lovely family stay here and the proximity to Beau Vallon Beach was more than perfect!

− It was hard to sit outside and enjoy the little pool at the villa in the late afternoon and evenings because of the amount of mosquitos. The villa is located next to an empty plot of vacant land which was overgrown and this was where the mosquitos were probably coming from. The living area downstairs only had 2 ceiling fans and no air conditioning which was disappointing as we couldn’t open the doors in the evening or night because of the mosquitos. So it was a little hot and uncomfortable gathering downstairs in the evenings. The bedrooms upstairs had air-conditioning and they worked well. There should have been some small pots to boil eggs etc, what was provided were large and not practical for smaller items. The electrical sockets in the kitchen were coming away from the wall and we had to be very careful pulling plugs out..needs fixing as well as the leaking ceiling in the first bedroom on the left and probably a new oven as one side of the oven had no knob to select the type of heat we wanted. When it rained outside, it rained inside this room too. Luckily it only rained heavily one night during our stay.

Die Lage und der Strand war wirklich sehr gut. Flacher Strand für Kinder super. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider sind die Villen sehr runtergekommen überall Mängel offene Kabel defekte Möbel und alles ohne Liebe. Es benötigt definitiv mal eine Renovierung außen und innen.

Amazing property right by the beach. You will experience the typical seychelles lifestyle especially if you are there on a weekend. Amazing vibes at the beach, busy and fun where you feel very happy surrounded by local families. Peter the property owner was extremely kind and allowed early check in and late check out which was perfect for us to match with our flights schedule. The property is very convenient for families, very spacious, u do not feel locked in a room, you have the entire villa, and outdoor space to enjoy. Walking distance from shops, beach, restaurants… Especially the local boat house restaurant which we thoroughly enjoyed! Highly recommended! Thank you for your support.
