10.0Very good communication with this booking and very last minute booking, had everything on site and was easy to get into. All communication was good and regular. Apartment itself was lovely, modern and clean. Very close to Wembley for concert, walking distance as it says this was one of the main reasons we booked it, but so glad we did as it was a very superb apartment

6.0Location and clean
− The accommodation appeared clean in aspects. It didn’t seem to be catered for, for to 6 people, the wardrobes were full of dirty laundry, the towels were dirty and there were only 4 towels, there were no hand towels, there were only 4 seats at the kitchen table, there were 2 CCTV cameras on site which were not disclosed prior to booking - despite this being booking.coms policy. One of these camera were pointing towards the kitchen area through the bifold doors and in the rear “garden area” - these are considered private spaces and should not have cameras equipped with video and sound in them. There were not enough plates nor was there enough glasses. There were no sharp knives and no chopping boards. The shower in the main bathroom can be stood under if you are 5ft, however as someone who is 6ft + there was no chance I could stand under the shower. The parking is for one vehicle only and is extremely tight.
