It was suitable only because it was close to family. Maybe prices should be different for winter - just not suited to fo

The location to where we needed to be. The two staff we interacted with - kind.

− Room was too cold. Property needs upkeep - maybe it’s better in the warmer climate. Breakfast wasn’t included in the price - and the food was good but no value for money. There is no facilities available even though it is marketed this way. OVERPRICED …

− I booked a balcony room, but was given the front room next to the main road. It was terribly noisy and I felt very unsafe.
