Výborná lokalita s dobrou dostupností do centra, skvělá komunikace a dobrá domluva, když bylo cokoli potřeba

− V pokojích je slyšet hluk z ulice, ale dá se to vydržet. Klimatizace jsou také dost hlučné, takže přes noc je není možné nechat zapnuté.

Location and staff were very nice. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

− The house was clean except some parts of the kitchen and the curtains in the restroom (they had a pink bacteria).

Overall a good experience if you’re looking for an affordable and practical stay!

The hosts are very responsive and helpful! Appreciate the clear and friendly communications. Bathrooms and beds feel clean. The apartment is a 5-10min walk to the metro, location is relatively family-friendly (you’ll see kids and dog-walkers on the streets) and there’s food options available just round the corner. Also a nice little park right across the apartment (not Central Park).

− Main bummer is that it is on the 4th floor and has no elevators, but this was mentioned in previous reviews by other guests so no surprises there. Apartment is slightly old (room doors unable to close fully, loud AC, some loose tiles), as expected of typical older NYC apartments. Closet space is tight but manageable for a short stay.

great location walking distance to central park and subway. 4 bedrooms with comfy beds super responsive host everything worked well

− the apartment is right on a road, so there is a bit of noise at night but that is to be expected at q central location in new york.

Localização excelente, tem mercados e restaurantes nas proximidades, perto do Central Park e em frente ao Morning Park.

− A mesa da cozinha poderia ser maior para acomodar familias grandes como a minha. REcomendo uma mesa retratil.

Foi bem satisfatóirio, pois como passávamos a maior parte do dia fora não influenciou muito o espaço

Localização excelente e 4 quartos

− Limpeza dos utensilios de cozinha, os lençois e colchoes são velhos, estavam limpos, mas por serem velhos da um aspecto não muito bom. A mesa da cozinha é muito pequena, como estavamos em 7 pessoas tinha que comer na cama ou em pé.
