Very disappointing
1.0− The temperature in the apartment was unbearable, a week before and anticipating the weather in London we asked for a portable AC unit which they said would cost £20 per night which we agreed to, on the arrival day I was told that this wasn’t available they said they would provide fans, there was one fan which was cheap and useless, in my opinion they had enough time to organise an AC unit but no effort seems to have been made, it was far too hot to stay there and so we had to find and book an alternative hotel. As we didn’t stay at the property I asked for a refund, I have not even had the courtesy of a response , they have totally ignored any communication.
Spotless, amazing location
9.0Amazing location, and the place was spotless. Only fault was my mum’s struggled with the stairs but I’d definitely go back (without her lol)

8.0Lovely decoration. Large bathroom. Very convenient location. Bright and airy.
− The only downside to this apartment was the noise. Due to older windows, the noise from outside was quite loud. If it is ever upgraded to double glazing, it would be perfect.
Selv om vi aldri møtte vertskapet fysisk, følte vi oss virkelig godt ivaretatt gjennom hele oppholdet. Vi kommer gjerne
10.0Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold og kommer gjerne tilbake. Leiligheten var ren, romslig og hadde god plass til oss fire. Det store badet var et stort pluss, og beliggenheten var perfekt med kort vei til alt vi ønsket å oppleve i London. Vertskapet svarte raskt på spørsmål både før og under oppholdet, og var alltid hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Da London ble rammet av en uvanlig hetebølge, hadde de allerede satt inn to vifter i leiligheten før vi ankom, og de sendte oss gode råd om hvordan vi kunne holde det så kjølig som mulig. Fryseren var også gull verdt i varmen og gjorde det enkelt å ha iskald drikke tilgjengelig hele tiden. Håndklærne holdt hotellkvalitet – en liten detalj som bidro til en ekstra god opplevelse. Da vi sjekket ut, var rengjøringspersonalet allerede på vei inn, noe som ga et godt inntrykk av hvor godt stedet blir fulgt opp. Alt i alt hadde vi et fantastisk opphold. ✨
− Vi hadde egentlig ingenting vi mislikte. En liten observasjon til vertskapet er at speilet på badet tidvis ble veldig varmt på grunn av antiduggfunksjonen. Det påvirket ikke oppholdet vårt, men vi tenkte det kunne være greit å gjøre dere oppmerksomme på det. Leiligheten ligger også i 3. etasje uten heis – dette var ikke noe problem for oss, men kan være nyttig informasjon for fremtidige gjester. ✨
