− The beds were a little thin could have been a bit more comfy but still ok for an air bnb
Comfortable and spacious townhouse in a leafy suburb
8.0Well-appointed, spacious and quiet town house. Several toilets and bathrooms. Popular movie room with our teenagers. Plenty of hot water, and lovely warm house.
− Dining table and sofa inadequate for so many guests. One of the bedrooms did not have a full window blind.
Great choice for large groups
9.0Great hosts, who sent clear instructions and were easily accessible for any questions. Property is in a good location, and very well decorated. There is also a nice garden area. The beds are very comfortable and everyone commented on a great nights sleep. Facilities to make the stay easier - towels, iron, cleaning products, even an airfryer, were all provided. There's also a cinema room which some of the group made use of. We would book again if staying in Leicester.
− Not a criticism, but a suggestion - maybe some foldaway chairs could be stored somewhere (under the stairs)? This would mean more people could sit around the dining table.

9.0Lovely, modern house in a pleasant neighbourhood. Was perfect for our group of friends attending a wedding. Comfortable for a short stay. The garden and cinema room are nice touches. Anthony and Emma are very responsive to requests before and during the stay. They provide thorough information before your visit too.
− Only criticism is the water pressure and drainage speed in the sinks and showers.
