Not bad, not worth the money.
4.0− The hot water cylinder should be switched on prior to guest arrival to ensure a comfortable experience. Guests should have immediate access to hot water upon check-in, as this is an essential part of providing a welcoming and well-prepared environment.

− I wasn't expecting to be in a suburb but I obviously had not researched the address well enough when I booked. The house was a lot smaller than expected and there wasn't much of an outside area. Electric blankets would be a good addition.

− Outside rubbish bins were full on our arrival and hadnt gone out the day prior which is their rubbish day. Finger prints on the fridge, the ensite bathroom rubbish bin had a dirty sticking plaster in it and a kitchen cutley draw with crumbs indicated little things are being missed. Mattress protecter in the Master bedrrom had a urine stain- yes I check all beds for bed bugs wherever I stay so found it.
