8.0The villa was beautiful. The managing agents were courteous and very quick to answer any queries. Panada and Salisa were lovely and very helpful.
− The villa slept 6 people but only supplied 2 sunbeds? We asked for an extra sunbed but were told there wasn't enough room. One of the managing agents offered to bring a chair from her home for us which was a lovely gesture. The kitchen sink had a build up of grime around the tap area and the floorstanding kitchen units had splashes of something on them.

8.0The pool and layout of the villa was great. It's well maintained and located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood.
− The location was not ideal with small children, I would recommend anyone staying to rent a car as it's not really a nice walk into Bangtao from the villa along the busy road. The kitchen could do with being stocked up with new plates & bowls, especially if it's more than 3/4 ppl staying. The cleaning staff could do with going over all kitchenware as some stuff in the cupboards, for example glasses, were not cleaned properly.

10.0Doskonałe wsparcie osób zarządzających obiektem. Od samego początku dokonania rezerwacji byliśmy w stałym kontakcie. W obiekcie czekał na nas talerz owoców. Wszystko perfekcyjnie przygotowane. Pełna komunikacja i transparentność z zespołem zarządzającym za pośrednictwem WhatsApp. Obiekt położony w spokojnej okolicy, 15 – 20 minut samochodem do Bang Tao centrum i Bang Tao Beach. Można odpocząć i świetnie się bawić. Spędziliśmy w gronie rodzinnym 14 dni w obiekcie i bardzo nam się podobało. Bardzo funkcjonalny dom, pełne wyposażenie, doskonała ekipa zarządzające obiektem, dostępna 24h/7 dni . BARDZO DZIĘKUJEMY!
