Lovely break away

We enjoyed our stay overall. The property was clean, the garden was lovely, and it was situated in a nice, quiet area, which made for a relaxing break after a long day. Harry was also very helpful throughout our stay and was quick to respond when we needed assistance. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay :)

− Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t functioning as it should, and wasn’t quite warming up. As this was one of the main reasons we chose the property, it was a little disappointing. Harry did everything he could to try and help resolve the issue and was apologetic, which we really appreciated. It could maybe just do with a reset or some maintenance for the future. If that got sorted , we’d definitely return :)

Beautiful, clean well presented property. Lovely property for girls get away would recommend to anyone. Hot tub was great

− Just a few minor points regarding facilities that could be improved - no paper towels for when eating in, didn’t have many on us so used some toilet roll. Only two toilet rolls provided so limited paper rolls all over - as it rained the wood for the fire pit was wet and not allowed to use the wood indoors so made using the fire pit difficult to start - expected to wash and dry dishes but only one towel provided to dry own hands and dishes?

Very eloquent great time was had here had a lovely chill after our day at the safari park 🥰 very close to West Midlands safari perfect for a family who just want to unwind after a busy day
