Not recommended. Lack of communication and help from the host

− I tried to contact the host several times (before I arrived and when I arrived) and it was impossible. I couldn't get the keys because the box was hidden and I received no guidance in advance. No one picked up the phone or answered messages. A few hours later, finally, I received a message that no one could come in person to help me.... I was finally able to get into the house, but no one from the accommodation was interested in whether I could access the house or not. If you are in the business of renting accommodation, you must be fully available to assist guests.... The first impression of the house from the outside is not good.... The backyard is not in good condition. Although the inside of the house is renovated, it is not comfortable at all. The stairs are too steep, the bedrooms are on the second floor while the bathroom is on the second floor... very very uncomfortable. The deposit they hold back was not returned until 2 weeks after leaving the apartment. Unacceptable.
