− The cowboy pool kept draining even with the cover and adding a brick. Not a problem but we felt bad wasting water.

− The house needs maintenance: non functioning kitchen lights, sink that doesn’t drain in master, falling off shower handle, frayed furniture in places, front door locking mechanism broke twice, no key pad, dirty clothes in the bottom of a bedroom closet (cleaner?). For the price, the place needs attention to the details.
