10.0It was a last minute booking as our 3 week stay reservation on VRBO got cancelled last minute so we had no place to go the day of our arrival. We arrived to London in the morning, I booked this apartment for a night and she let us in to the apartment early (before regular check in time), which was amazing after an overnight flight. The location was great and the host was very responsive and immediately got back to us. We exchange many messages and she was really helpful and kind. Cannot say enough positive about her.

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location.
10.0This was a perfect location on the Strand with a short walking distance to the local theatres and London tourist sites. The apartment is extremely well kitted out with everything you could need and more. I travelled with my wife and two young kids and the property was just perfect. Gina went above and beyond to allow us to store our luggage before handover so we could go site seeing. Highly recommended.
