− Carnivore needs a bit of a deep clean or overhaul. The place looks a bit tired
Potentially very good, attention to details could make it excellent
7.0The ambience. The staff were uniformly excellent.
− Flights of steps with no handrails, causing a fall at one point - fortunately only bumps and bruises but it could’ve been much more serious. Long walks getting round the site and spasmodic service in the golf carts. Not very disabled-friendly. Room was cold when we arrived and the heater/ac did not work properly. Maintenance provided a separate heater immediately and fixed the room one on day 2.
Not so much for handicapped individuals
