Very disappointing

− Experienced a gas leak at the property so contacted Cadent who attended the property and repaired the gas leak. I spoke to the host who was very helpful at first and agreed to send a copy of the gas safety certificate over but later changed his mind and has refused to let me see a copy of the gas safe certificate.
Appartamento molto carino in un quartiere elegante e tranquillo
9.0Posizione: metro a 10-15 minuti a piedi (South Kensington e Sloane Square) o autobus 11 a 1 minuto che ti porta di fronte al big ben in 20 minuti. Noi amiamo camminare e la mattina siamo arrivati a piedi a Buckingham Palace con pausa colazione in piazza Duke of York.

8.0Ubicacion, vistas, es una sexta planta. Salon espacioso. El apartamento es comodo y cumple con su funcion.
− El casero no dio señales ni contestaba mensajes hasta las 24 horas anteriores al checkin. Este aspecto es muy mejorable, ya que genera inseguridad La ventana de la cocina no podia abrirse por estar averiada. Falta de utensilios en cocina, no habia cafetera. La poca presion del agua al ducharse. Los cerramientos de aluminio son antiguos, no aislan del ruido. No dispone de aire acondicionado, y en Londres cada vez hace mas calor.

− I just felt the hosts could have been more understanding with our circumstances. I get you have rules. But we didn’t really want to be waiting around for 3 hours until the wedding. But I suppose that’s on us for not checking. Other than that. Enjoyed our stay.

− de lift was kapot bij aankomst! Dit was reeds 3 weken zo maar een dag voor aankomst waarschuwing zonder te vertellen dat je naar de 9e etage moest lopen. Slechte reactie van verhuurder.
