10.0Nice and clean, great value for money and nice and close to the Harry Potter studios which is why we visited, was about a 10 minute drive away. Would definitely recommend

− No hot water in taps or heating ,error on boiler tried to fix but no luck The mattress in 1st double bedroom seriously needs replacing as it's not sleep able on window side 😒
