8.0Beautiful traditional property with fantastic views of Proceda, that was spacious and clean. Also, fantastic communication from the host.
− Top two bedrooms had no air conditioning so made it difficult to sleep. May I suggest insulation of 2 a/c’s.
Gute, saubere Fewo mit bester Aussicht über die Insel und auf das Meer, ruhig gelegen.
8.0Die Lage ist sehr gut, Sicht auf das Meer, die Fewo liegt quasi auf dem höchsten Punkt der Insel. Anreise vom Hafen war mit dem Bus gut, ein per WhatsApp zugestelltes Video ab der Busstation (letzte Station der Linie 141) war hilfreich, wir fanden die Fewo ohne Probleme. Vom Hafen her ist die Fewo in 15-20 Min zu Fuss gut zu erreichen, aber es geht immer den Hügel rauf. Fewo ist einfach aber zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber.
− Bei der Schlüsselübergabe mussten wir ca. 30 Min. warten, wir waren aber auch ein paar Minuten vor 14.00 da.
È stato comunque un ottimo soggiorno con persone e mare stupende

− L’appartamento potrebbe a livello di sanitari e doccia essere ammodernato così come pure l’arredamento in generale, un po’ vecchio e datato.
