Wiederholt defektes Türschloss mit nächtlicher Aussperrung, schlechte Notfall-Support, Baulärm
1.0Die Lage. Sonst nichts.
− Leider entsprach die Unterkunft in mehreren Punkten nicht dem Inserat. Das elektronische Türschloss fiel mehrfach aus; in einer Nacht standen wir gegen 1 Uhr rund 90 Minuten vor verschlossener Tür. Die angegebene Notfall-Hotline war wiederholt nicht erreichbar oder wenn man jemanden erreicht hat, dann sehr unfreundlich. Den Zugang konnten wir erst wiederherstellen, nachdem wir den Router selbst zurückgesetzt hatten. Bei Ankunft fehlten für die als Unterkunft für 10 Personen ausgeschriebene Wohnung mehrere Grundausstattungen (Stühle, Schalen, Tassen, Gabeln, Löffel); ein Teil wurde erst auf Nachfrage geliefert. Hinzu kam an jedem Tag unseres Aufenthalts sehr lauter Baulärm, der ein Durchschlafen unmöglich machte und im Inserat nicht erwähnt war. Auf einzelne Meldungen reagierte der Gastgeber, das grundlegende Zugangsproblem blieb jedoch bestehen.

Horrible stay and rude staff, threatening to call the police before we even checked in for making too much noise yet not

− The building was run down. The apartment itself is in horrible condition with paint chipping, wood floors broken and coming up, making it hazardous to walk on, broken toilet, broken tiles in bathroom. We had a duvet with blood stains on it. Spider webs everywhere and dirty bed sheets. Wifi was terrible and only worked in a small area so this place is horrible for business travelers. Kitchen outlets didn’t work.
Fair as some of the facilities were a bit poor in quality...
