9.0We had a wonderful stay at Piero's place. Piero was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Communication before and during our stay was smooth, and he provided clear instructions for check-in. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. Although the bathroom was shared, it was kept clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and would happily recommend Piero's accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Rome. Thank you, Piero, for your hospitality!

8.0The room was comfortable and it was nice to.sit out on the porch. It was nice to have a big bathroom as well.
− It was so loud on the streets at night. There was a lot of screaming and yelling and sirens late into the night. We were there on the weekend so it might be better during the week.
Excellent location, comfortable accommodation, and an exceptional host who made our stay unforgettable.
10.0The property is wonderful and very well maintained. Its location is excellent, just a few meters from the metro station, which makes getting around Rome extremely easy and convenient. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Piero was an outstanding host—always attentive, kind, and available whenever we needed assistance. He truly cares about his guests and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
− Honestly, there was very little to complain about. If I had to mention something, it would only be that our stay was too short. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

10.0We had a wonderful stay here. Pierro is friendly and very considerate. He met us at the door to welcome us and even helped carry our luggage. He also provided fresh fruit and shared great tips on how to explore Rome. The room is new and clean. We highly recommend this bnb to anyone visiting Rome.
