nothing good!

− owner last minit bagitau nak cancel booking. pukul 9 pagi hari check in 26/6 baru call bagitau cakap nak cancel booking. bila tanya kenapa pula. saya dah booking sebulan awal dan dah bayar pun. owner cakap sebab dh clash dengan customer lain. owner msj suruh call dia awal awal kenapa saya tak call dia. lahhh salah saya pula. biasa dh booking dan bayar kira okay la. dh banyak kali booking ye booking kat booking.com ni tak pernah pula jumpa owner begini. terdiam terkedu tak tahu nak cakap apa dan matikan panggilan. panik sebab takde tempat nak stay terus cari tempat lain dengan harga berganda mahal RM438 ye untuk penginapan yang baru. lepas tu baru terfikir nak call balik owner sebab tak puas hari kenapa cancel sesuka hati. dan tiberr owner cakap rumah tak available sebab tengah renovate. kalau nak duduk juga dalam keadaan renovate duduk lah. biadap! langsung takde maaf ke apa. tadi 1st call langsung takde sebut pun pasal renovate. dan cakap dah sebulan takde siapa menyewa. kalau betul renovate kenapa rumah tu masih ada dalam booking dan available untuk di sewa? nampak sangat penipuu!

Cleanliness.Got wifi.easy check in.Big house for 3 adults and 1 baby.Responsive host.

− Suddenly the owner changed the homestay.Booked single storey with 2 rooms with aircond each room, but owner changed to double storey with 4 rooms. No aircond in each room. Only 1 aircond at hall. No shampoo, no soap, no towel provided.no water host at the upper toilet.No water heater so not convenient for baby to bath, have to use water filter.
