1.0Nothing as they never aloud me acesss
− Messed me around and took nearly £1000 without even staying , service was awaful and invasive when asking for details , didn’t release keys , when I ask them they didn’t reply , extremely poor

9.0Communication was good, code was available at check in. Facilities were excellent. Beautiful apartment. Everything we needed in the apartment and the decoration was some of the best I have seen. Whoever styled the apartment has done an amazing job. As were the little touches, tea bags, milk water etc. beds and bedroom were fantastic. Location we loved. If the front door could get sorted we would stay again.
− Was not clear which code box was ours. There were 3 of them and they were not marked. It was trial and error which box was ours. The front door was not great. The lock was flimsy and someone could easily get in. There was noise outside our door one of the nights and when we came out the next morning we found a hair pin next to our door. It could have been there before but we did not feel totally safe tbh. This may be not something that can be dealt with by yourselves as would need to be dealt with by the freeholder of the building. We were asked to get rid of the rubbish which we had to do via the back door and down the back stairs, half the stairs were broken so not the safest. Again could be a freeholder problem.

− It's in a noisy area but noise isn't an issue in the apartment. Nothing we didn't like about our stay.
